About Project
"A new booking system to streamline its scheduling, invoicing, and student management processes" is required.
The current method relies heavily on Google Calendar and WhatsApp, creating inefficiencies in class scheduling, travel time calculation, payment processing, and communication.
This project aims to develop a user-centered booking platform to enhance both student and instructor experiences.

We tried to figure out all issues on the current flow before moving forward to UI design to complete design within limited period.

Had several user interviews before making mockups to be able to adapt the design and direction based on feedback.
Challenge
☑️ Wondered if we should make UI kit for desktop.
・desktop is used as often as mobile?
・Based on feedback we don’t wanna change everything again
・Better to make variants for desktop espacially for space and typography
☑️ Separated tasks for students UI and instructor UI since concerns for each UI was completely different, we separated groups on notion and members assigned for tasks.
